Mr. Williams has more than 19 years of experience supervising projects and 20 years of experience working on COE and Government contracts. As a Site Superintendent, he possesses a thorough knowledge of the construction field with an ability to coordinate and lead a team. His skills include layout and construction of concrete forms, layout and construction of wood and metal framing, installing and finishing drywall, cabinetry, doors and hardware, and layout and installation of suspended ceilings. He has worked closely with subcontractors to coordinate features of work to complete projects on time and on budget. He has managed multiple projects simultaneously and is skilled in preparing estimates and ordering materials. He possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. His comprehensive understanding of plans and specifications allows him to direct workforces efficiently.
